India’s most important and defining war will be fought in the next two decades by the ambitious, agile and strong youth of our nation. In our pursuit to become a developed nation and earn economic supremacy we will have to prepare our youth to take on this war against other BRIC nations like Brazil, Russia and China.

Quality, speed, innovation and a result oriented attitude clubbed with a deep passion to contribute for the nation will become modern weapons and the youth will become our soldiers. Therefore, there is a need to channelise their skills and energy; we need to train, motivate and mentor them to do well for themselves (in any area of their choice) and therefore contribute to the development of our society and the country.

To accomplish this mission of involving the youth in the development of our nation we need the government, corporate world, NGOs and the educational institutes to work in tandem. At iii, we aim at making this dream a reality in a small but significant manner.

Our first project, Get IGNITED will ignite half a million youth across the nation through a powerful learning tool on Goal Setting and Motivation Skills that will be delivered by the finest trainers in the business. Our monthly confluence and online mentoring will complete the cycle / process to ensure that every youth in the nation gets a platform to become positive, productive and a happy citizen of India.

The burning desire to get started and contributing towards the development of the youth came in from our inspiration Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam who said, “A developed India, by 2020 or even earlier is not a dream. It need not even be a mere aspiration in the minds of many Indians. It is a mission we can all take up and accomplish”. Every iii fellow believes in and lives this philosophy each day, contributing tirelessly to see India shine and Indians outshine everyone around the world.

The passion is getting contagious and every single day we have scores of people calling on us to find out how s/he can get ignited or ignite others. The response has been overwhelming and only makes us feel that our responsibility towards the youth, society and the nation is getting larger.
