Position Summary:

A Trainer who would ignite young minds passionately through “Get IGNITED”, a 3 hour high impact action oriented training program which provides an holistic approach to set goals and achieve them. The “Get IGNITED” program objectives are :
Assess strengths and weakness
Set specific personal, educational and career goals
Learn how to plan and prioritize your resources
Learn and master 5 self – motivation techniques
Learn to manage time effectively and stay disciplined
Understand how to cope with change
Become motivated to achieve something in life

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver the “Get Ignited” training program and ignite youth
• Presentation of accurate reports related to quality.
• Provide a detailed feedback on the training sessions as required
• Maintain the quality of the program delivery
• Work and implement learning’s to improve quality of deliver

Essential
• Experience of 5-8 years in any industry
• Expertise in Goal setting, SWOT analysis and Action plan
• Experience of being a mentor / Coach
• Proficiency any English / Regional Languages
• Good communication skills
• Passion towards training
• Passion to work with Youth
• Belief in “You can make a difference”
• Experience in dealing with youth
• Ability to facilitate 100+ students at a time

Desirables
• Experience as a trainer
• Any NGO experience
• Been a successful person in life preferably who have moved from failure to success or achieved success crossing hurdles
